  • Santa Clara, CA
  • 45 residential buildings, consisting of 208 townhome-style units of various sizes and layouts with detached garage structures at a majority of the layouts, 1 clubhouse building, and 2 pool structures.
  • Completed - Summer, 2011
  • Repairs:
  • Re-siding and repairs utilizing FiberCement materials, re-roofing, repainting of 45 residential buildings and a clubhouse.

  • Bay Point, CA
  • A Planned Unit Development (PUD) that consists of 128 units within 32 residential buildings.
  • Phase I: Completed - Spring, 2011
    Phase II: Anticipated completion early 2013
  • Repairs:
  • Re-siding of residential buildings using FiberCement materials, termite treatment, complete repainting.

  • Sunnyvale, CA
  • 31 residential buildings consisting of 124 condominium units and a clubhouse.
  • Completed - December, 2010
  • Repairs:
  • Miscellaneous siding and trim repairs, stairway and deck re-coating, guardrail upgrades, re-roofing, repainting of the entire complex.

  • 10 residential buildings consisting of 82 condominium homes, 15 enclosed garage buildings, and various miscellaneous trash enclosures and mailbox kiosks.

  • Replacement of select areas of siding, trim, railings, balconies, stair structures, and fences.

  • Re-siding of all residential and garage structures with FiberCement shingle siding, termite treatments, repainting of the entire complex.
