Consulting & Construction Management Services Provided:

Performed inspections of all residential buildings and detached garage structures, created project scope and specification package, solicited bids from multiple roofing, repair, and painting contractors, reviewed bids and created project budget, oversaw contractors during work, and provided Board and Property Manager with detailed project summary package at completion of project.

Project Work Scope:

Partial re-siding, waterproofing, balcony repairs, re-roofing of 3 buildings, fencing, decay and termite repairs, termite treatment, re-painting of entire complex.

Special Project Conditions:

Coordination of tasks between repair contractor and termite inspectors and treatment specialists required intensive oversight.
