Consulting and Construction Management Services Provided:

Wrote re-roofing specifications for conversion of roofing from Hardie Shake shingles to Asphalt Composition shingles, covering 53 townhomes at the complex that had not yet been re-roofed under prior re-roofing phases. Solicited bids from multiple roofing contractors, reviewed bids and created project budget, oversaw contractors during work, performed quality control inspections and documented all roofing work completed. Processed all payments, lien releases and other administrative tasks to complete the management process, and provided a complete project close-out archive in electronic and paper format at project closeout.

Project Work Scope:

Removal and replacement of existing roofing system, application of new plywood sheathing, upgrade of roof ventilation system, installation of all new gutters and downspouts, including areas that did not have gutters or downspouts prior to re-roofing for improved drainage.
