Consulting and Construction Management Services Provided:

Performed inspections of existing asphalt pavement and drainage profiles, and created project scope and specifications for asphalt replaInspected condition of existing roofing and application details, created scope of work and project specifications that consisted of creating drawings and improved details for new roofing installation, solicited and obtained bids from multiple roofing contractors, negotiated contract with chosen roofing contractor, and created a project budget for Board review and approval. Once approved, negotiated contract with chosen roofer, oversaw contractor during project, negotiated extra work costs for additional decay repairs when discovered, documented work as it progressed, and resolved all work and homeowner issues throughout the project. At project closeout, provided Board and management with detailed project archive package including key documents and a photographic log of project from beginning to end.cement and overlay. Conducted bid walks and obtained bids, provided recommendations and gained approval for the project. Oversaw project through to completion, and resolved all technical and homeowner issues as they arose during the work. Provided detailed project close-out documents, photographic log and CDs at completion of work to Board for archiving.

Project Work Scope:

Re-roofing of 35 residential buildings and 1 pool building, using CertainTeed® Landmark TL Ultimate composite shingle roofing material. Through the employment of a CertainTeed certified ‘Select Shingle Roofer’, provided the client with a 20 year roofing warranty.
