C.L. Sigler & Associates, Inc. takes its services throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. The following is a sampling of the work that we have completed within the past few years:
Lake Santa Clara HOA
- Santa Clara, CA
- 45 residential buildings, consisting of 208 townhome-style units of various sizes and layouts with detached garage structures at a majority of the layouts, 1 clubhouse building, and 2 pool structures.
- Completed - Summer, 2011
- Repairs:
- Re-siding and repairs utilizing FiberCement materials, re-roofing, repainting of 45 residential buildings and a clubhouse.
Mota Ranch Owners Association
- Bay Point, CA
- A Planned Unit Development (PUD) that consists of 128 units within 32 residential buildings.
- Phase I: Completed - Spring, 2011
Phase II: Anticipated completion early 2013
- Repairs:
- Re-siding of residential buildings using FiberCement materials, termite treatment, complete repainting.
Sunnyvale Meadows HOA
- Sunnyvale, CA
- 31 residential buildings consisting of 124 condominium units and a clubhouse.
- Completed - December, 2010
- Repairs:
- Miscellaneous siding and trim repairs, stairway and deck re-coating, guardrail upgrades, re-roofing, repainting of the entire complex.
Sierra Square HOA - Project 3
- Mountain View, CA
- 10 residential buildings consisting of 82 condominium homes, 15 enclosed garage buildings, and various miscellaneous trash enclosures and mailbox kiosks.
- Completed - November, 2010
- Repairs:
- Replacement of select areas of siding, trim, railings, balconies, stair structures, and fences.
Sierra Square HOA - Project 2
- Mountain View, CA
- 10 residential buildings consisting of 82 condominium homes, 15 enclosed garage buildings, and various miscellaneous trash enclosures and mailbox kiosks.
- Completed - November, 2010
- Repairs:
- Re-roofing of 6 residential buildings, 15 garage structures, and miscellaneous other structures.
Sierra Square HOA - Project 1
- Mountain View, CA
- 10 residential buildings consisting of 82 condominium homes, 15 enclosed garage buildings, and various miscellaneous trash enclosures and mailbox kiosks.
- Completed - Late Summer, 2004
- Repairs:
- Siding and trim repairs, termite treatment, re-roofing of 3 buildings, re-painting.
Los Arboles HOA
- Mountain View, CA
- 20 residential buildings consisting of 82 condominiums units.
- Completed September, 2008
- Repairs:
- Re-roofing.
Dixon Landing HOA - Project 2
- Milpitas, CA
- 29 residential buildings consisting of 201 units, 1 clubhouse building and 29 detached carport structures.
- Summer 2011
- Repairs:
- Re-coating of select membrane decks at various locations throughout the Association.
Dixon Landing HOA - Project 1
- Milpitas, CA
- 29 residential buildings consisting of 201 units, 1 clubhouse building and 29 detached carport structures.

- Repairs:
- Siding, Trim, Membrane Deck Replacements and recoating work for Entryways and rear balconies, Re-painting.

- Walnut Creek, CA
- 99 townhome units with 25 detached garage buildings of various sizes.
- Phase I – Completed August, 2008
Phase II – Scheduled start Spring, 2009
- Repairs:
- Re-roofing – conversion from Tile to Asphalt Composition Shingles.
Park Villas Association - Peppertree: Project 2

- 176 residences with attached garages.
