C.L. Sigler & Associates, Inc. takes its services throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. The following is a sampling of the work that we have completed within the past few years:
Altamar at the Ridge HOA
- Brisbane, CA
- 17 three-story buildings consisting of 214 residential units, (3) two-level parking structures, and a clubhouse/spa building. A series of elevated Walkways and Bridges connect each residential building to an adjacent parking lot or garage.
- Spring 2013
- Repairs:
- Structural repairs and waterproofing modifications/upgrades at elevated walkways and bridges, stair assemblies, and private patios.
The Belmont HOA
- Brisbane, CA
- Two nine-story, concrete-framed residential buildings with partial subterranean parking garages and low sloped flat roofing systems.
- Completed - Summer, 2011
- Repairs:
- Re-roofing of the low–sloped, flat roofs areas of the North Wing of 400 Davey Glen residential building which included removal of the existing built-up (tar & gravel) roof membrane system down to the concrete roof deck substrate.
Seabridge Community Association
- Redwood City, CA
- 20 two-story wood framed residential buildings, 97 total units, clad with various combinations of T1-11 wood siding and stucco with integrated wood trim and a failed cementations shake roofing system.
- Fall 2012
- Repairs:
- Re-roofing of all buildings throughout the Association which consisted of complete removal of all existing cementitious shake/tile roofing materials and installation of new plywood sheathing, ventilation, flashing and other miscellaneous waterproofing materials, new gutters and downspouts and a new CertainTeed Presidential asphalt shingle roof with a 25 year leak protection warranty.
The Hampton HOA
- Redwood City, CA
- 5 residential buildings consisting of 20 total townhouse style units and one pool building.
- April 2011
- Repairs:
- Removal and replacement of the existing cedar shake shingle roofing system with a new, asphalt composition shingle system, using CertainTeed’s "Presidential Shake" shingle system.
Hastings Square West HOA
- Mountain View, CA
- Two residential condominium buildings housing 75 residential units with partial below grade parking at each building.
- September 2012
- Repairs
- Trenching for installation of new below grade sheet membrane waterproofing and drainage system at perimeter of each building.
New Horizons HOA
- San Jose, CA
- 22 residential buildings, 33 carport buildings 1 pool building and other miscellaneous structures. Residential buildings are two stories high and are clad with hardboard lap siding and integrated wood trim, fascias, and wood railings.
- Siding, trim, stairs and painting completed late
summer 2012
Roofing - anticipated completion - 2014 - Repairs:
- Removal and replacement of select areas of siding and trim with hardboard lap siding and cedar trim.
Paseo Villas HOA
- San Jose, CA
- One mixed use 5-story building, comprised of 104 condominium units on 4 (2nd, 3rd, 4th and penthouse) floors of living space with 2 floors of partial subterranean parking garage.
- April 2012
- Repairs:
- Installation of new automatic gate system at street level parking entrances. Installation of exterior building maintenance (EBM) system on roof, to enable the HOA to use “swing stage” platforms for maintenance long-term.
Shelter Creek HOA
- San Bruno, CA
- 8 three-story buildings consisting of 1,296 condominium units with 3 swimming pools, 5 tennis courts, a basketball court, and clubhouse.
- Building 6 – September 2011
Building 8 – August 2012 - Repairs:
- Remove all existing roofing and to replace the built-up roofing on the main, flat roof area with a 60 mil, Duro-Last, single-ply membrane, and replace the composition shingle roofing with CertainTeed's 30 year Landmark composition shingle on the mansard roof.
White Oaks Village HOA
- Los Gatos, CA
- 29 residential buildings consisting of 201 units, 1 clubhouse building and 29 detached carport structures.
- September 2011
- Repairs:
- Inspected roofs at all buildings to create scope of work, specification and roofing details. Solicited bids from multiple roofing contractors, conducted bid walks, reviewed bids obtained, made recommendations regarding scope, and created preliminary project budget for Board review and approval.
Capitol Estates HOA
- San Jose, CA
- 103 buildings consisting of 4 condominium units per building.
- Phase I: December, 2007

- Complete entry deck reconstruction.
