- Completed November, 2007
- Repairs:
- Seismic retrofit of church sanctuary, re-roofing.
Villa Peralta HOA - Project 2
- San Leandro, CA
- 14 residential buildings, 54 Units.
- Completed December, 2007
- Repairs:
- Asphalt replacement/overlay.
Villa Peralta HOA - Project 1
- San Leandro, CA
- 14 residential buildings, 54 Units.
- Completed September, 2006
- Repairs:
- Mansard roof replacement, siding and trim repairs, re-painting.
Arbor Glen 1 HOA
- San Jose, CA
- 99 townhome units with 25 detached garage buildings of various sizes.
- Completed November, 2007
- Repairs:
- Re-roofing of garages.
Miramar Terrace HOA - Project 2
- Santa Clara, CA
- 2 condominium buildings with 24 and 48 Units over partial subterranean concrete garage.
- June 2012
- Repairs:
- Replacement of select areas and painting of the exterior of all buildings.
Miramar Terrace HOA - Project 1
- Santa Clara, CA
- 2 condominium buildings with 24 and 48 Units over partial subterranean concrete garage.

- Repairs:
- Re-roofing.
Village Serramonte HOA
- Daly City, CA
- 177 units consisting of a mix of 3 townhome buildings and 6 three-story condominium buildings.
- Completed December, 2006
- Repairs:
- Complete reconstruction siding and trim replacement, re-roofing, relief and membrane deck reconstruction, stair tower reconstruction, mold/asbestos remediation, drainage/subgrade waterproofing, master cable/satellite/internet system install, windows/sliding glass door replacements, re-painting.
Ocean Point Townhome Association
- Pacifica, CA
- 8 town home buildings consisting of 40 total units and 16 detached garage buildings of various siding.
- Completed December, 2005
- Repairs:
- Complete re-siding, building envelope waterproofing, re-roofing.
947 Green Street Cooperative
- San Francisco, CA
- 10 story concrete building, circa 1930's, with 1 apartment per floor, 9 units total over garage.
- Completed December, 2005
- Repairs:
- Exterior envelope waterproofing and painting of 10-story building.
