2 condominium buildings with 24 and 48 Units over partial subterranean concrete garage
Inspected condition of roofs; created scope of work and project specifications that consisted of creating details and drawings of roofs; solicited and obtained bids from multiple roofing contractors, negotiated contract with chosen roofing contractor; created project budget, oversaw roofing contractor during project, provided Board and management with detailed project summary package at the end of project.
Re-roofing of 3 separate low sloped flat roofs.
Air conditioning, mechanical vents, electrical boxes and television satellite dishes had to remain operational during the course of the project. Coordinated removal of solar equipment from roofs prior to removal of roofing materials, requiring removal of curbs and equipment relating to the antiquated and non-operational solar system.
