Consulting & Construction Management Services Provided:

Performed inspections of complex top to bottom, and created project scope and specifications for siding and trim repairs, and repainting. Also specified and obtained bids for replacement of mansard roof shingling, and provided options for budgeting for Board consideration prior to special assessment. Saw Special Assessment through with town hall meetings, gained approval for the project, and oversaw project through to completion. Provided project close-out documents and CDs at completion of work to Board for archiving.

Project Work Scope:

Partial replacement of T1-11 siding and trim, improved waterproofing details, in cooperation/coordination with replacement of steep-sloped mansard roofing shingles. Repainting of entire complex followed all repair work.
