Sigler & Associates, Inc. was founded in 2001, and has become one of the industry’s most respected and consummate consulting and construction management firm for Common Interest Developments and Multi-Family Developments throughout the San Francisco Bay Area for the last 19 years. Chris Sigler, B.S.C.E., CDT – Founder, President/CEO
Chris brings over 30 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry to the Firm. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (B.S.C.E.) from Santa Clara University, he was involved in major structural concrete work, prior to moving into the Seismic Retrofit industry in the 90’s – all here in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is a Certified Construction Documents Technologist with the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), and follows its best practices. Over the last 19 years, he has built his team into a thriving and unified team that shares each other’s values and works closely to nurture a positive team atmosphere, which extends to our business model and client happiness!
Paul Driscoll, Vice President
Paul first joined Chris and the then-smaller CL Sigler & Associates team in late 2005, and has been a vital part of the firm’s growth and consistency in the industry for the entire 15 years at the firm. He has been a young leader in our firm throughout his time with us, earning him ownership/partner status in recent years, as Chris’ business partner. Together, Paul and Chris have been involved in some form with hundreds of HOAs throughout the Bay Area. As a result of Paul’s leadership, our team has grown and has sustained that growth and quality of work for a number of years!

Chris and Paul lead a team of Project Managers and Administrators that are the pivot point of our business. We have in-house AutoCad Design Drafting, two wonderful Project Coordinators/Administrators, all working cohesively together with our Project Managers to make sure that the clients and residents affected by the work are well-communicated with and well-informed and to keep the important project documentation in order for the client’s archives once work is complete for a project!
